Are war drums are ramping up against Putin like they were against Saddam before the attack on Iraq?

All war drums are ramping up. But against whom ? They are not directed towards President Vladimir Putin. Putin is in a very strong position with alliance with China, Turkey and Middle-east.

It’s not that easy to attack Russia as it would be declaration of WW III. 

War drums if you are hearing are from NATO. But no one wants the most bloodiest nuclear war which will wipe out the earth. Lessons are learnt from World War II. People are still paying for it. 

Japan has not approached international arbritaioncourt to impeach US and file claims against US for people killed and affected till today.
